TELEVISIONSince we are on an island, the reception of satellite TV channels are not great in some rooms. So we provide the TV in some rooms with gay related movies, documentaries, video blogs about Samui and music videos. Just press SOURCE or INPUT from the remote control then USB. TOILETPlease do not throw paper towels or sanitary items in the toilet as this causes blockage. We kindly ask you to use the bin provided. For strict compliance.
HOT WATERDue to unstable supply of electricity, the water heater in your room turns off when the electricity fluctuates. So if you do not have hot water, please contact us immediately so we can turn on the water heater back on in your room.
HOUSEKEEPINGA towel hanging up means “I will use again"A towel on the floor means “Please exchange"If you want us to clean your room, please put the sign MAKE UP ROOM outside your door before 4pm. After 4pm, the room will be cleaned the next day. Please note that we change linens every 3 days unless needed. Due to pandemic, we have less staff so please send Jun a message if you want your room to be clean and change lines or just take out your trash and change towels.
ROOM KEYWe charge 300.00 baht for lost or damaged room keys. LAUNDRYWe provided all rooms with laundry bags. If you want us to do your laundry, please bring the bag to the reception or WhatsApp us for pickup in your room. We charge 100 baht per kilo within 24 hours and 200 baht per kilo for the same day express. CAR & MOTORBIKE RENTALPlease WhatsApp us if you want to rent a car or motorbike. Motorbike is 300 baht for 24 hours and we will not take your passport. If you rent outside, they will take your passport. DRINKING WATERWe provided 2 complimentary bottled waters per person. We discourage drinking the tap water but you can boil it for coffee or tea. SMOKINGA deep cleaning fee of 2,000 baht will be charged to any guest who is found to be smoking in the room. Guests may smoke anywhere except in bedrooms, receptions, spa and other air-conditioned rooms. IN ROOM SAFE BOXEvery room is provided with a safe. On top of it is the detailed steps on how to operate it. If you forgot the code, the safe will keep on beeping after the 3rd failed try. Please contact us if you need assistance.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove the guest and members of the party from the Resort if, in our reasonable opinion, the guest disrupts the comfort and enjoyment of other guests or the smooth running of the Resort or cause offense to other guests or member of our staff.
Any valuable items (i.e. money, electronic devices) brought into the Resort are guest own risk therefore, we shall not be held responsible nor liable for the damage or loss of these items.
All items and furniture in the room are the property of the Resort. We therefore reserve the right to charge for the full replacement or repair or cleaning cost for any item or piece of furniture missing or damage in the room.
If the Resort is exclusive to adult men only, you can only meet female guests at the reception. For safety, all outside male guests should register at the reception or guard house. For single occupant booking, extra person fee will be charged if guest spends the night.
